HPL series belt-conveying proportioning machine, with reasonable structure and convenient operation, can automatically finish the proportioning and measuring of sand, stone according to different formula. One or several proportioning machines can be combined with the concrete mixer to form a mixing station, which is applicable for concrete construction site, commercial concrete mixing station and concrete prefabricated component factory, etc. The machine is made up of framework, storage bunker, weighing hopper and control system. Hereinto, the framework is mounted with the storage bunkers of sand and stone respectively, and the bottom of each storage bunker is equipped with the belt conveyers. The weighing hopper hangs at the framework. The belt conveyer is adopted to discharge proportioned materials in a clean and prompt manner, and can supply material proportioning service for one or two mixers simultaneously. The control system is made up of controller and strong electricity part. The controller has visual features like high weighing accuracy, rapid reacting speed, stable and reliable performance, strong anti-jamming ability, simple operation, etc., one steelyard can control the proportioning of four kinds of material automatically and owns dual-direction discharging control, in addition, it can control according to the specified proportioning times, and accumulate the total times automatically.
